The Society Ključ – Center for fight against trafficking in human beings is a non-governmental, non-profit and humanitarian organization that works in the public interest. We operate nationally, but we also connect with related non-governmental organizations both within European Union member states and beyond.
Since its establishment in 2001, we have been the only specialized non-governmental organization that works in the field of prevention and fight against human trafficking, both on developing preventive activities and curative programs and offering direct forms of assistance to victims of human trafficking.
Our basic work is raising awareness of risk groups (young people, applicants for international protection, employees in risky professions …) and the wider professional and lay public about human trafficking and offering concrete forms of assistance to victims of human trafficking. Since the establishment of the Society Ključ over 600 potential and actual victims of human trafficking have been provided with support and assistance, and over 50,000 people have been involved in preventive activities.
The numerical reports are shown below; the financial data of the Society Ključ are public and all reports are available on AJPES.
