The information we receive at Ključ Associacion are treated as confidential, and the identity of the applicant or victim is disclosed only with the consent of the person concerned or when it is absolutely necessary to prevent a new crime.
A free telephone number and e-mail address are also available to all those who want to submit a complaint regarding the work of the employees of the Society Ključ, which will be handled by the management in accordance with the internal regulations.
