Report on activities in 2021

One of our forms of assistance was provided to 32 people.

In 2021 we identified 2 victims of human trafficking and 16 potential victims.

Two people were enrolled in the Care programme, 4 in the (Re)integration programme, and 6 in the programme Support for People in Prostitution and in Leaving It

One of our forms of assistance — counselling; supportive phone conversations, mostly with people in prostitution who cannot get out, or who are experiencing another form of violence; referrals to more appropriate institutions; and support in notifying the police about possible victims of crime — was provided to a further 20 people.

       Forms of exploitation: exploitation of prostitution, domestic servitude, forced criminality, forced marriage, forced begging, forced labour.

Awareness-raising among the general public  

For the general public we ran 3 events in 2021, followed by 951 people; a haunted house and two live online events via Društvo Ključ's Facebook page and those of the other Prava zveza members.

Raising public awareness also includes working with television, radio, print and online media. Društvo Ključ appeared in 8 media items in its own right, and the haunted house was featured and promoted in a further 10.

Awareness-raising among target at-risk groups    

Despite the restrictions, in 2021 we ran preventive workshops and creative activities for children. In all we ran 112 events for 2,604 children and 50 Zaznavnica sessions for 830 workers in at-risk occupations.

Education and training for professionals

We ran 37 events for a total of 775 professionals from social care, health, policing, the judiciary and other fields.
