Allocate part of your income tax
You can also allocate part of your income tax to us. It costs you nothing, yet these funds are very important for running our programmes.

If you prefer to submit the form to the Financial Administration (FURS) yourself, you receive a PDF file. Print it and mail it to FURS — in that case none of your data is stored anywhere.

Or handle everything electronically and let CNVOS take care of printing and mailing. Forms are forwarded to FURS on the 28th of each month (in December already on the 20th), and your data is deleted the day after your form is sent. Terms of use and privacy details are published on the CNVOS website.
